I had an issue with the initial install of Windows 7 Ultimate, migrating from Windows Vista and a Microsoft Tech had to fix my license key. So, when migrated to Windows 10 Home, I had to say I did not have a Product Key knowing that I would need to most likely purchase one after my install. I was told that if I attempted to install a newly purchased Windows 10 Home version with a certified Key it would not install because of my Motherboard stating that I have a single language version??

Make sure you are connected to the Internet and try again Im tied of screwing with this issue. I did not use quotes. And, I have no phone number to call because the slui 4 command will not do anything. Nothing pops up. You can't buy Single Language licence keys they are for the Chinese market and restricted to that region for manufacturers.

If you upgraded from Windows 7 Ultimate it should have upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, that is the correct upgrade path. The free upgrade finished in however so you may still have to buy a licence either way. If you are going to clean install then use the Media Creation Tool to install Windows 10 Home and buy a licence when you are able to access the Store after the install is complete. Uncheck the box for Use recommended settings and select create media for another PC. Delete all partitions one by one until you only have unallocated space then select Next.

Let's figure this out and come up with a solution. It only has one display language, and you'll need to download and install language packs for it to display other languages. If it doesn't, please ensure you're signed in to your Microsoft account and run the activation troubleshooter. If you don't have a digital license or a product key, you can purchase a Windows 10 digital license after installation finishes.

May I know what happened after you've taken the step above? Slui 4 will not pop up any window. Let's try "slui 4", without the quotes. Sorry about that. Single language versions of Windows are usually only available to PC manufacturers. Kindly try activating Windows over the phone again, and keep me posted.
